Delivery

We are a mail order business delivering within the European Union only. For postage rates to USA and Canada please email me at info@pogspenstemons.co.uk.

Postage and packing

Products will be mailed by second class Royal Mail for the UK and Surface Mail for Europe.

For orders over £48.00, please contact me on info@pogspenstemons.co.uk. We reserve the right to alter postal prices should the need arise.

Payment

Strictly payment with order. If not using the online facility cheques should be made payable to Allison Fitz-Earle. Payment will not be banked on unfulfilled orders but returned.

PayPal accept payment by the following payment methods, or you can pay with your PayPal account.

Availability

All products are offered subject to availability. We endeavour to fulfill orders swiftly, but due to demand some products may be sold out. Customers requiring large quantities should telephone or e-mail before placing an order as products may need to be printed to order. We reserve the right to substitute products for other varieties should the need arise. Orders are compiled in strict rotation and will normally be despatched within 14 days of receipt of order. Acceptance of orders does not guarantee supply.

Product quality

Every effort is made to ensure products are despatched in good condition, but are sold without warranty. No liability is accepted for any consequential problems after inspection on arrival, although any complaints will be dealt with on their own merits. Liability is limited to the purchase price of the products.

Refund of online payments

Note: If we need to refund a payment the 'Refund online' option is only available for 60 days after the payment is sent.
